For example, we employ a virtual call centre of over 60 seats with access to hard-to-reach and niche audiences, and we often leverage our interviewing team to support recruiting and conducting qualitative and in-person interviews.   

After years of conducting in-person research, we have equipped our facilities with all the necessary amenities, and we have identified the most cost-effective requirements to ensure project success. We offer custom configuration options for taste test studies and provide access to high-speed wireless Internet connections, as well as audio and video equipment. We also offer multiple private rooms of varying sizes that can be customized to fit the needs of both clients and respondents, with access to a wide selection of refreshments, including juices and water.  

Our facility is beyond just a rental room, our skilled staff collaborates closely with our clients to assist them in achieving their desired outcomes. By actively listening and engaging with our clients, we gain a thorough understanding of their requirements, enabling us to offer tailored services that effectively address their needs. We have extensive experience conducting in-home and in-facility usage, product, and package tests across Canada and the USA. Our experience allows us to proactively identify the potential challenges and mitigate before they become a concern.  We can pack and ship a variety of products to consumers for testing in their own homes, including frozen and perishable products, as well as fragile and bulky products. In addition, we are licensed to conduct cannabis sensory tests under strict protocols approved by Health Canada in our facility. Our experienced and trained staff direct and supervise participants to taste, smell, and feel cannabis products (smoking, edibles, beverages, etc).   



We have the internal capability to package and mail products to consumers for testing in a natural environment.

We conduct pre-recruited consumer groups in a controlled environment in our two permanent mall locations in Toronto and Montreal for quantitative tests. We have a capacity of 25 respondents per research session.

  • We ensure perishables, consumables, and fragile products are handled promptly and safely 
  • We prepare and collect product evaluations and summarize them for you using an easy-to-read dashboard 


We source high-quality targeted audiences through our proprietary and validated consumer and medical panels, or we can also recruit from your client/customer list.
