Processing RFP’s
Process Requests for Proposals (RFP). This includes but not limited to creating and maintaining customer records.
Customer Records

Provide support to the sales process which includes but not limited to taking calls or e-mails from customers and escalating issues to the appropriate contact.
Communication

- Capture and document client project requirements
- Create custom pricing quotes for market research projects and services
- Analyze the feasibility of delivering client requirements using quantitative models and formulas
- Communicate between clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-2 years’ experience in a sales-oriented role
- Market Research experience would be beneficial
- Post-secondary education (Degree or Diploma preferred)

Position Overview
The Canadian Viewpoint Sales Team Administrator-Team Lead role is a full-time permanent position focused primarily on supporting the sales team and leading the sales team administrators. This role will report to the Vice President of Canadian Viewpoint Inc. This is a great opportunity to learn about the industry and understand the needs of our clients. The core responsibilities of this role are outlined below:
Process Improvement
As Team lead, you will work with management to streamline the quoting process and improve internal procedures with a focus on scaling the business. This will also include training sales team administrators.
Escalations:
As Team lead, you will act as a point of escalation for clients and our internal team when addressing issues and challenges. You will proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, overcome and or escalate challenges to management that may arise.

Position Overview
The Team Lead, Project Management role is a full-time permanent position responsible for orchestrating the show for their team to ensure a positive client experience and that their projects are completed on time, on budget and to specification.
The individual filling this role will be process-driven, proactively manage the project lifecycle with the team, and show an unwavering commitment to exceeding client expectations. The Team Lead will also help their team troubleshoot and problem-solve throughout the lifecycle of the projects/studies to ensure the client is happy with their outcome.
This position requires a strong management skills, technical aptitude, energetic drive, and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
This role will report to the Manager, Online Project Management. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership and management experience while taking an active role in managing projects to success. The core responsibilities of this role are outlined below:
Build, maintain and nurture client relationships.
- Act as a point of escalation for clients and our internal team when addressing issues or challenges.
- Develop and maintain plans for each Project Manager/Project Coordinator. This includes bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with each Project Manager or Project Coordinator and weekly team touchpoints.
- Conduct mid-year and year-end performance reviews
- Ensure that all project work is delivered on-time and on-budget to clients
- Provide support/training to the Project Management team to help with our overall capability and capacity
- Allocate projects to Project Managers/Project Coordinators based on their skills set and knowledge of the client’s requirements.
- Identify training requirements for your team and provide coaching and mentorship on an ongoing basis
- Proactively work towards improving Project Management processes
- Address any issues with the Project Managers/Project Coordinators, other departments, and clients where appropriate and work with other Team Leads and Director, Client Service / VP, Field Operations to propose solutions.
- Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, overcome and/or escalate project challenges faced on the team in a timely manner
- Effectively communicate with the team the vision of Canadian Viewpoint
- Must be proactive and take the initiative to learn more about market research and existing clients’ businesses
- Make decisions relating to project issues, including field, sample, tabulations, etc
- Track team bandwidth and hire to accommodate continuing growth. Post for team openings, pre-screen, interview, reference check and onboard new hires.
- Suggest and organize team-building activities
Depending on work volume, Team Leads will also be expected to take on active projects to ensure our clients
expectations are met.

This position requires a strong technical aptitude, energetic drive, and the ability to multitask and prioritize. Typical work activities will include:
- Co-ordinate and lead kick-off calls with the client-Brief staff as/if required:e.g.,
- brief mall or on-site face-to-face studies with interviewers and supervisors in Toronto or/and other locations
- Manage survey programming/testing using internal and external resources
- Ensure survey quotas and sample plans meet expectations
- Report on all key survey metrics after pre-testing, including net expected incidence and interview length
- Provide regular study performance field updates to client and/or client service person while monitoring projects in–field to ensure that deadlines are met
- Escalate quickly internally if a project falls off course
- Manage and coordinate translation tabulation/coding as/if required
- Ensure that project files are organized, up-to-date and archived regularly
- Manage sample
- Act as a troubleshooter and problem solver throughout the life cycle of the project/study, immediately reporting any issues to a client service person.
- Mentor and train junior staff and project coordinators to ensure they assist with the project management team-Be able to make project decisions on their own and escalate to the team lead or Director when outside of their scope or expertise
- Be the escalation point for junior staff

We are seeking an experienced Senior Survey Programmer with impeccable quality standards. Attention to detail and the ability to produce work that meets or exceeds client specifications consistently is a prerequisite. Job Description
Hours/Schedule: Permanent, Full-Time

General work activities will include:
- Taking ownership of and accountability for fully programming, testing, and checking questionnaires in Decipher Survey (CAWI) while independently managing and meeting agreed-upon timelines. Experience with Confirmit, Voxco, or other survey programming systems will be considered.
- Maintaining impeccable quality standards, being able to self-test and peer-test, delivering a perfect link every time, being accountable for misses/mistakes
- Properly interpreting client wants and specifications, and suggesting enhancements/changes to better implement those wants, the intent being not to ‘blindly follow spec’, but rather to add value wherever possible
- Following Canadian Viewpoint processes and methodologies, as well as improving processes when warranted
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where you will juggle multiple projects
- Working as part of a small collaborative team
- Communicating progress, issues, difficulties with team-members and the team-lead
- Providing occasional oversight and training to junior programmers
- Reporting to the Programming Team Lead
Questionnaire programming requirements include:
- Experience with facilities/strategies for eliminating order bias, ensuring representative sample in all cells, ensuring a device-agnostic questionnaire experience, understanding the pros/cons of rotation and de-rotation
- Being mindful of data requirements such as keeping precedes consistent, data-writes, de-rotation of rotated data, placeholders for trackers
- Adding/configuring questions including HTML and/or CSS styling, assigning proper configuration (e.g., field width), ensuring intuitive respondent experiences. Experience with JS (especially JQuery), Python, PHP or similar is a definite asset.
- Adding pre/post-question filters and validation
- Adding/maintaining quotas and counters
- Implementing our custom set of HTML5/Javascript tools and enhancements

Programmers may occasionally have the opportunity to work on our support systems so experience, or initiative to learn, Javascript, data visualization, dashboards (e.g., HighCharts, Tableau), server administration, PYTHON, PHP, graphical skills, or deliverability is a major asset.
