Project Manager

The Project Manager orchestrates the show on their projects to ensure a positive client experience and that their projects are completed on-time, on-budget and to specification. The individual filling this role will be process-driven, proactively manage the project lifecycle, and show an unwavering commitment to exceeding client expectations. The Project Manager will also troubleshoot and problem solve throughout the lifecycle of the projects/studies to ensure the client is happy with their outcome. This position requires a strong technical aptitude, energetic drive, and the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator helps the Project Management team orchestrate their projects to ensure a positive client experience and that projects are completed on-time, on-budget, and to specification.  The Project Coordinator should be well versed in all research methods, e.g., CATI, online, sampling, qualitative. The individual filling this role will be process-driven, proactively manage the project lifecycle, and show an unwavering commitment to exceeding client expectations. The Project Coordinator will also troubleshoot and problem solve throughout the lifecycle of projects/studies to ensure the client is happy with their outcome. This position requires a strong technical aptitude, energetic drive, and the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Director, Business Development


Business Development Directors drive profitable and sustainable business growth for CVI with a primary focus on new business development, and a secondary focus on reviving and growing lapsed and impending clients from SalesForce. In doing so, the Director will build genuine relationships with their clients to understand their business needs and recommend the most appropriate data collection solutions to help them learn about their customers, consumers, and industry. The Director will also remain well-versed in current and evolving market, research, and technology trends in order to best respond to the needs of their clients.

Account Director


Account Directors are primarily responsible for developing a strong connection and relationship with clients and driving their strategic growth. Your book of business will predominately include existing Canadian Viewpoint clients. There will be opportunity to grow your book of business both through inbound requests as well as outbound business development. As a senior point of contact for Canadian Viewpoint’s customers, the Account Director also co-ordinates the resources needed to service projects, builds strategic operational plans, and balances the expectations of clients with the execution of research projects.

Sales Team Administrator


Canadian Viewpoint Sales Team Administrators are the secondary tactical administrative manager for the North American portfolio of accounts. The Administrator processes requests for proposals (RFP) obtained via the company by telephone, e-mail or website. They also process client requests generated by sales representatives. Administrators check the requests to ensure that customers have entered correct details such as length of interview, incidence, screening criteria, and quotas. They contact customers to resolve any queries or obtain any information that is missing.
